File of Life Program

A program endorsed by the Chesapeake Sheriff’s Office that allows seniors and people with chronic conditions to alert police, fire, and emergency personnel that their vital information is contained in the red FILE of LIFE packet to ensure that immediate and accurate treatment is given.
