Standing Tall Always Reaching

STAR is a structured program which works to instill the core values of professionalism, leadership, and community involvement in young boys and girls between the ages of 10 and 13.  Each participant in the program is paired with specially trained Chesapeake Sheriff’s Deputies who have been carefully chosen because they exhibit these core values.
