Investing in our future: On February 7, 2017, the Chesapeake Sheriff’s Office took part in “Mayor’s Youth Day.” The goal is to educate local high school students about the function of government and open their eyes to different career options.
Lieutenants J. Stafford, K. Washington, D. Rosado, and C. Pascal gave the students a tour of the jail, then let them experience an average day in administration, courts, civil enforcement, and training.
