With homicide numbers on the rise in Hampton Roads, we’d like to remind the public about a free community resource for people who have lost loved ones due to homicide.
The Virginia Victim Assistance Program and our Victim/Witness section partner to offer this support group on the first Wednesday of every month at our admin building (401 Albemarle Drive). The support group is free, open to the public (age 18+), and led by a licensed clinician. To register, contact Patty Strathmann at (757) 382-6794.
